Why we collect it
To complete your KYC and onboarding, process and service your investments, meet SEBI/AMFI/PMLA reporting obligations, respond to your queries, and improve this website.
Who we share it with
KYC Registration Agencies (CAMS KRA, CVL KRA, CKYC), the AMCs/Portfolio Managers you invest with, RTAs (CAMS, KFintech), BSE StarMF for transaction processing, and regulators/authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
Investment, transaction and KYC-related records are retained for a minimum of 8 years, as required under SEBI regulations and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you can ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction, and raise a grievance; unresolved grievances can be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.
