Wisdom Financial Services Pvt Ltd is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-335423) and APMI-registered PMS Distributor (APRN07026), based in Ahmedabad since 2024. We're a private limited company (CIN: U66300GJ2025PTC164352), co-founded by Raj Modi and Pruthvi Pancholi, CA, and built around one idea: financial guidance should be goal-first, fully disclosed, and delivered by people you can actually reach.
Between mutual funds and SIPs, portfolio management, referral-based insurance and loans, and one-on-one financial planning, our team brings 26+ years of combined experience to the table — and today works with 250+ clients across 150+ families. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, and nothing on this site is personalised investment advice; every registration we hold is published and checkable on our Compliance pages, not just claimed.
