Wisdom Financial Services Pvt Ltd is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and an APMI-registered PMS Distributor. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and do not charge advisory fees; our mutual fund distribution income is limited to trail commission paid by AMCs (see Commission Disclosure).
Other products we help with
- Insurance / Term Plan — referred to a separately IRDAI-licensed partner; we do not sell insurance directly under our own licence.
- Alternate Investment Funds (AIF) — distributed under our APMI registration (APRN07026), the same registration we use for PMS distribution.
- Specialised Investment Funds (SIF) — a newer SEBI-regulated category, sitting between mutual funds and PMS/AIF, distributed under our AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor registration (ARN-335423) — the same registration we use for mutual fund distribution.
- IPO, Demat & Stock Broking — referred to a tied-up, SEBI-registered broker; we are not ourselves a stock broker.
- Loans — referred to partner banks/NBFCs; we do not hold a lending licence and are not the lender.
- Fixed Deposits — sourced through a direct tie-up with the deposit-taking company; not a bank savings product and not offered under our AMFI or APMI registration.
