Commission Disclosure

As an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-335423), Wisdom Financial Services Pvt Ltd is compensated only through trail commission paid by Asset Management Companies (AMCs) — we do not charge you any advisory, transaction or platform fee for mutual fund distribution.

How it works: trail commission is paid by the AMC out of the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) — the annual charge already built into every Regular Plan's NAV. It is not an additional cost on top of the TER, and is not deducted from your investment amount beyond what's already reflected in the scheme's disclosed TER.

We deal in Regular Plans, as opposed to Direct Plans, which carry no distributor commission and typically have a lower expense ratio. You're free to choose a Direct Plan and invest directly with the AMC or via MF Central/BSE StarMF if you'd prefer not to use distribution services.

Exact scheme-wise trail rates vary by AMC, category and holding period, and change from time to time. You can:

• See the actual commission received against your folios in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) from MF Central, CAMS or KFintech
