Alternate Investment Funds (AIF)

Privately pooled funds — venture capital, private equity or hedge-fund-style strategies — minimum ₹1 crore.

AIFs are privately pooled vehicles — Category I (venture capital, SME, infrastructure), Category II (private equity, debt funds) and Category III (hedge-fund-style strategies using derivatives and leverage) — for investors seeking exposure beyond listed equity, debt and mutual funds. SEBI's AIF Regulations set a minimum investment of ₹1 crore, with longer lock-ins and materially less liquidity than mutual funds or PMS. We distribute AIF strategies under our APMI registration (APRN07026), the same registration we use for PMS.
