SIF — Specialised Investment Funds

A newer, more flexible fund category between mutual funds and PMS/AIF.

SIFs are a newer SEBI-regulated category, rolled out through 2025, that sits between traditional mutual funds and PMS/AIF — asset managers can run more flexible strategies (such as long-short equity) than a regular mutual fund allows, at a lower entry point than PMS or AIF. SEBI has set a minimum investment of ₹10 lakh per investor, aggregated across all of an AMC's SIF strategies. We distribute SIF under our existing AMFI Mutual Fund Distributor registration, ARN-335423 — the same registration that covers our mutual fund distribution.
